IT Studying Continues

It's been a week of OOP, Logic and HTML/CSS learning. Each subject gives a good foundation for IT and I'm enjoying them all. This semester is shaping up well, except that I just ruptured my right achilles and will need surgery soon. This limits my mobility and I'll be required to get help from friends and family to get to classes. Hopefully it won't slow things down too much. I'd rather stay ahead of the game for homework, assignment projects and reading.

Why I Am At MATC

My name is Bryan Madson and throughout my life I've gathered an eclectic mix of skills, hobbies and jobs. From landscaper to musician to volleyball player to actor to stay at home dad, I've been able to experience a lot of life. I've had the pleasure of traveling the world and sharing what I've learned with others. I've gotten to teach my daughters most of the skills they now possess, and have even been fortunate enough to share the stage with them. Technology is now a new journey in life for me and I have the desire to learn the language needed to understand it. I started taking classes at MATC over the summer and now I've committed my time to IT Mobile Applications because I believe that the future of communication and information will be done over mobile devices, and I want to keep up with what the world is sharing.
